Fashion Buying & Merchandising
This one year Course aims to introduce the student to the planning, buying and selling aspects of the ready-to-wear fashion industry. Whilst the course has a strong business orientation, it also places strong emphasis on the creative process of product development; from inception of the range, to manufacturing, through to fashion marketing and pomotion. Students will develop a keen understanding of the design elements of the fashion industry but will also have a firm grasp of the key aspects of the business environment of fashion buying & merchandising. Our work experience programme offers students the opportunity to further develop their skills in this area.
