Exercise, Fitness & Nutrition Studies

This one year Course aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary for employment in the Fitness & Health Industry. The Course leads to internationally recognised qualifications and students supplement their studies with work experience in a relevant area.

It is envisaged that this Course will prepare students for employment in Health Clubs, Health Farms & Fitness Centres.
IT’s offer a number of reserved places in Social Studies, Health & Leisure Studies for holders of the above award.
