Option Three – Environmental and Adventure Tourism

This is a one year course which emphasises the study of outdoor tourism. Students will learn the skills necessary to work in the tourism industry and will develop the knowledge necessary to start their own business. Outdoor activities will form an integral part of the course.

Career & Employment Opportunities
Students who complete this course successfully will be prepared for careers within the tourism industry. The emphasis on this course will be green tourism, outdoor recreation and the necessary practical skills for setting up a business.

Further Study
Students can also further their studies in Year 2 - Management & Marketing in Tourism in the College.
