National Apprenticeship Programme in Professional Cookery

FETAC Level 6

This course offers the first of a three year course leading to the National Certificate in Professional Cookery. Candidates continue the second and third year of the course in D.I.T. Cathal Brugha Street or I.T. Tallaght.

Structure

The course is modular based. Students attend College for one day a week and for a six week block. In Crumlin College this six week block is organised in two week blocks in college and two weeks Day Release between September and February. Students do not attend college during the month of December.

 

To Enrol:

Application forms are available from the college or from Failte Ireland, Amiens Street. They are available from March onwards and should be returned as soon as possible to the college. Applicants will be called for interview in late August/September.
